You may request a return within 14 days after your order is delivered. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.
Email zongyihan@brightin.llc with your order number and the reason for your return. Please wait for our return instructions before sending any items. We will provide the return address after reviewing your request.
For change-of-mind or other non-quality-related returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If we sent an incorrect item or an item arrives damaged or defective, Brightin covers the return shipping cost. Please contact us with your order number and photos so we can provide the correct return instructions.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the result. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 business days after inspection. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the refund.
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, place a new order after your return is accepted.
